Construction Law
Our construction law practice is comprehensive, encompassing both residential and commercial construction law matters. We represent a wide range of clients, including commercial and residential contractors, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners. We provide counseling to our clients in a wide variety of construction law related areas including (a) construction contract review, negotiations, and drafting; (b) delay in performance claims; (c) construction liens and foreclosure; (d) construction defect claims and defense; and (e) all other aspects of construction law.

Drafting all necessary and proper organizational documents, shareholder or partnership agreements, operating agreements, non-compete covenants, employment agreements, and other related documents. In addition to counseling our clients and drafting all formation and organizational documents, we also file initial organizational tax forms.

Representation in all domestic matters: adoption, divorce, custody, visitation, child support, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, alimony, and distribution/division of marital assets.
Federal Court Litigation
Representation of civil litigants involved in complex litigation involving disputes over $75,000 where the parties are from different states, and representation in all litigation involving a federal legal questions or constitutional questions.
Guardianship
Guardianship law involves granting a person the legal duty and authority to care for the property and personal interests of a person deemed incapable of caring for his or her own interests. Incapacity can result from youth, disability or deterioration of faculties. Common guardianship law legal services involve: (a) the drafting of estate planning documents that appoint guardianship duties and responsibilities; (b) the drafting and filing of petitions to determine capacity; (c) the closing or nullifying of a guardianship arrangement ; (d) the partial or full removal of award from the restrictions and protections of a guardianship arrangement (restoration of capacity); and (e) the negotiation and litigation of guardianship disputes.

Mediation
Representation of clients in formalized settlement proceedings known as mediation. The firm’s managing partner Jason M. Radson is a Florida Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Florida Certified County Court Mediator, who serves as a mediator to facilitate parties in reaching a mutually acceptable and voluntary settlement during mediation.
Real Property Litigation
Representation concerning all real property matters including easement disputes, property boundary disputes, quiet title actions, mortgage foreclosures, enforcement of deed restrictions, evictions and landlord and tenant litigation, homeowners associations, and enforcement of real estate contracts.
Real Estate Closings
Our real estate department handles all types of commercial and residential real estate transactions. We assist our clients in negotiating contracts for purchase and sale, performing due diligence as required, negotiating transfer documents and finalizing the closing of the transaction. We also represent developers and commercial landowners in the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of major industrial and commercial projects, offices complexes, condominiums, apartments, subdivisions and other developments. Our real estate attorneys have extensive experience in negotiating and preparing the precise documents required to effectively complete even the most complex real estate transactions.
Probate and Trust Administration
Representing clients, both beneficiaries and personal representatives, through the court-supervised process of administering the probate estate of a deceased person, which involves collecting the deceased’s assets, satisfying the deceased’s debts, paying any taxes that are due, and distributing the remaining assets to the deceased’s beneficiaries.
When a trust exists, representing clients, both beneficiaries and trustees, through the process of administering the trust by guiding clients through the legal requirements for trust administration, helping to ensure that the trust operates smoothly and efficiently, and assisting with the distribution of the trust assets to the beneficiaries named in the trust document.
Probate and Trust Litigation
Representing clients in all probate and trust litigation, including will contests, beneficiary disputes, estate accounting disputes, trusts contests, fee litigation, and trust accounting disputes.

We issue title insurance to ensure the property you purchase is protected should a covered claim be made against your title.
Title Insurance Claims
We have represented both title insurance underwriters and landowners to resolve defects in title. The firm is often able to facilitate an amicable and cooperative resolution of title claims through intervention with the title insurance underwriters and interested parties. However, where a resolution cannot be reached, we also aggressively litigate title claims.
